With BANDFI, help is conveyed to the local government unit with disregard to any political affiliation, dependence and patronage.
In order to achieve a comprehensive method in executing projects and deploying assistance, BAN makes immediately obtainable, construction ready projects or CANNED PROJECTS. This covers a variety of ready to deploy and immediately accessible programs that the community can avail like mobile libraries, mobile health centers, water machines, livelihood trainings, and a variety of other projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of experience in handling all facets of HR: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training
Very good knowledge of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations
Shows maturity and compassion for people
Must be creative, systematic, well-organized, highly analytical, very keen on details
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱30000
