JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handles end-to-end recruitment onboarding and offboarding
Conduct orientation for newly hired and benefits to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements needed in HR documentation
Provide full admin support
Responsible for purchase requests, distribution and inventory of department equipments
Arrange meetings, document filing, generating reports and ordering supplies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRDM or related course
At least 1 year experience as HR & Admin Assistant is an advantage
Solid understanding of HR and administrative services
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Resourceful and can work with less supervision
To be assigned and work on-site at BAGAC, BATAAN
