HR - ADMIN ASSISTANT
 
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonds etc.)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Other Tasks:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. And Provides information by answering questions and requests
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.]
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

HR Admin related experience is advantage.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Average-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
SALARY RANGE: CEBU MINIMUM RATE TO 13K - Depends on work experience.
