Description
 Conduct end-to-end recruitment
 Posting of recruitment technologies to acquire a high volume of applicants
 Prepare pre-employment Requirements, Employees Contract, Negotiating salary and benefits
 Generate employee logs and prepare timesheet every cut off for payroll processing
 Ensures correctness of the disciplinary action issued to all employees
 Ensures company rules, regulations and policies are followed
 Conducts investigations on incident reports
 Implement Employee Training plan
 Orientation of new employees and discuss the rules and regulation of the company
 Maintain and update employee record 201 file
 Organizes filling system for important and confidential company documents
 Organizes and facilitates meetings
 Apply SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig for employer registration
 With experience in EGOV, EPRS and PRN
 Assist Government loan for employees
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Management, Organisation, Goal-oriented, Strategic planning, Human Resources
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
