Conduct end-to-end recruitment
Posting of recruitment technologies to acquire a high volume of applicants
Prepare pre-employment Requirements, Employees Contract, Negotiating salary and benefits
Generate employee logs and prepare timesheet every cut off for payroll processing
Ensures correctness of the disciplinary action issued to all employees
Ensures company rules, regulations and policies are followed
Conducts investigations on incident reports
Implement Employee Training plan
Orientation of new employees and discuss the rules and regulation of the company
Maintain and update employee record 201 file
Organizes filling system for important and confidential company documents
Organizes and facilitates meetings
Apply SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig for employer registration
With experience in EGOV, EPRS and PRN
Assist Government loan for employees
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Management, Organisation, Goal-oriented, Strategic planning, Human Resources
