 Develops, implements, administers and modifies employment services procedures and systems to meet management needs and to enhance operations and services. Provides technical assistance to other personnel in implementing new or modified programs and/or systems.
 Coordinates with manpower agencies regarding, vacant positions, deployment, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
 Reviews proposals, Service Agreements for endorsement to the Management.
 Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff by performing duties such as advertising vacancies, screening resumes, interviewing applicants and providing input on selection.
 Orients and trains new employees.
 Checks payroll of employees under agency and direct hired employees.
 Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of subordinates.
 Identifies and solves administrative problems which hinder effective and efficient operations.
 Studies, analyzes and evaluates human resource-related issues/matters; documents findings and formulates recommendations.
 Develops and validates exams used for employment entry and promotion.
 Provides consultative expertise to other personnel on disciplinary problems and interpretation and enforcement of rules and procedures.
 Evaluates positions and prepares analysis and recommendations of salary and other benefits.
 Reviews and updates policies and manuals.
 Preparation and filing of Alphalist
 Checking and liquidation of doctor's fee & security agency
 Checking and liquidation of agency fee
 Prepares weekly and monthly report
 Prepares manpower hours
General Affairs (GA) Functions
 Provides general supervision for activities such as the administration of factory & office cleanliness, company transportation, and instructions for security personnel.
 Assigns work, provides direction to staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed. Ensures effective and appropriate clerical staff coverage.
 Monitors the performance of staff. Provides feedback on their performance and conducts performance evaluation.
 Evaluates, develops and recommends office procedures and practices to senior management. Ensures that approved office policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.
 Communicates with other community service agencies and/or ministries regarding garbage collection, and safety and health procedures.
 Performs a variety of secretarial duties such as drafting and typing routine correspondence, arranging meetings and taking minutes.
 Checks expenses on canteen, water, fuel, doctor, security and signs for purchase requests for admin.
 Maintains client and program information using spreadsheet and/or database software.
 Performs other related duties as required.
