Our client, a leading no-code document workflow solution, is looking for an HR/Admin Assistant in the Philippines to join the team. They are growing fast (100%+) and need your help to keep up with booming demand from businesses shifting to digitized processes. What you will do:
Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Contact references and perform background checks
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Take responsibility for scheduling and coordination of interviews with the employer
Conduct new employee orientations
Process paperwork, employee onboarding, and exit process
In collaboration with the global HR team, work on implementation of other HR projects
What we expect you to have:
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent business judgment
3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or HR Generalist
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
What we offer:
Fully remote position
Full-time job (8h/daily) - Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours: can start at 1-2 pm
Compensation: basic salary + commission payment
Internet fees coverage * HMO - 50% coverage
Quarterly performance bonuses
Employee benefits improvement plan, which will be implemented with adding more benefits steadily.
