Principal Accountabilities:
I. Recruitment, Manpower Audit and Documentation
Facilitate sourcing applicants thru local job fairs e.g. DOLE, barangay, PESO agencies.
Conducts interview and administer qualifying exams to shortlisted applicants.
Handles pre-employment requirements of all newly hired employees.
Endorses to Cashier any monetary requirements related to the pre - employment.
Coordinates with HO officers - in- charge for validation of reports and status of all newly hired employees.
Performs basic orientation activity to all newly hired employees.
Conducts monthly audit report for manpower complement, headcount and vacancy reports and Personnel Requisitions (PR).
Responsible in in handling timekeeping procedures.
Responsible for the documentation of all employee movements such as transfer, promotion, and resignation.
Coordinates with HR- Training Section for SO' attendees for upcoming training and seminars.
201 Filing and documentation (external & internal memos etc.).
II. Benefits
Coordinates with HR Benefits Section of all government mandated benefits transactions
(SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth) as well as other Company Benefits.
Responsible in monitoring company benefits application and implementation.
Submits Cash Advance report to HR Benefits Section.
Reviews and submits Emergency and Bereavement leave attachment to payroll.
III. Labor Relations
Coordinates with the HR Labour Relations Section upon discovery of the violations committed by the employee.
Assist the SO Officers on issuance of memorandum and review if violation was established on the act done.
Forwards to HR for review and evaluation the notices of explanation and replies of erring employee.
Coordinates with HR proper sanctions to be imposed to the erring employee.
Take minutes of the Administrative hearing.
Records all infractions and violations of Company rules and regulations to individual personnel file (201 file) at the Sales Office.
Forward all IR/HR related documents to concerned HR Section.
Monthly update and status report of cases to HR Labor Relations Section.
