Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the housing or subdivision office.
Assist homeowners, tenants, and visitors with inquiries, concerns, and basic requests.
Record and monitor reports or complaints related to housing concerns and endorse them to the proper department.
Help in documentation, filing, and updating housing records.
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other staff regarding issues in the area.
Assist in site visits, inspections, and other housing-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
College Graduate (any course).
With good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and willing to do field work.
Ability to handle basic reports and documentation.
Preferably with experience in housing, property management, or related work (but not required).
Can work with minimal supervision.
