- Supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
- Ensures that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
- Reviewing work schedules.
- Monitors all cleaning activities.
- Ensures all staffs are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience as Housekeeping Team Lead
- Must be living near Plaridel, Bulacan
- With background in handling people
- College level / Highschool Graduate
