Job Description
Assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests
Responsible for the inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies and liaise with housekeeping administration
Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Candidates must have work experience in 4 to 5 star Hotel
