Housekeeping Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance task
Oversee staff on a daily basis
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacement in case of absence.
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygine standards.
Motovate team member and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
Respond to customer complaints and special request.
Monitor and replenish cleaning products.
Participate in a large cleaning project.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be College Level
With at least 2 years related experience
Hardworking and Flexible
