Job Description
Supervising staff, monitoring if public areas are cleaned and in order including hallways, corridors, stairways and lounge areas.
Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis, assigning room designation to staff, conducting everyday briefing to assure maintenance tasks are met
Providing training to housekeeping attendant, resolving problem and guest complaint.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have an excellent English communication skills
Candidates must have work Experience in Hotel
