Service Description - Housekeeping
A. Daily Operations
a. Sweeping, mopping, and polishing spot scrubbing, buffing and / or push brushing of floors, lobbies, entrances, stairways, corridors and windows.
b. Cleaning, dusting, damp-wiping, and /or polishing of glass, doors, glass partitions, windows, furniture, fixtures, panel sills, counters, wall, ceiling, and other vertical and horizontal surfaces.
c. Emptying, collecting and/ or disposing garbage from waste containers and trash receptacles.
d. Washing with detergents, disinfecting and sanitizing of toilets, bathrooms walls and ceilings.
e. Maintaining and re-filling of Liquid Soap dispenser, Hand Sanitizer, and toilet tissue.
B. Weekly Operations
a. General cleaning and polishing of floors and counters and washing of walls.
b. Thorough cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing of toilets and washrooms. .
c. Thorough washing of windows that require cleaning.
C. Monthly Maintenance
a. Polishing of all metal signs and aluminum framing.
b. Stripping, waxing of floors and disinfecting and polishing of toilet tiles.
c. Furniture, davenports, which are soiled due to age or any cause will be washed and cleaned, but not items or any equipment that may require specialized cleaning / maintenance.
Service Description - Liaison
a. Purchasing of Housekeeping supplies and office supplies
b. Send documents via courier.
