JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Cleans and maintains villas, public and common areas according to standards.
2. Provides corresponding guest amenities.
3. Must be familiar with all the amenities, function rooms and activities. Hotel features and nearby places and attractions to answer guests queries of such.
4. Provides assistance to guests when necessary. Anticipate the guests needs, greets and acknowledges guests no matter how busy they are.
5. Keeps the hotel area orderly
6. Updates the room status on work assignment sheet
7. Housekeepers familiarizes oneself with events and activities within Ardesia and regularly checks and updates the event board.
8. Housekeepers must maintain all operating equipment clean, functioning well and must be placed and kept in the proper storage area.
9. Housekeepers must be able to follow strictly the implemented hotel programs as directed.
10. Housekeepers shall prepare reports necessary before and after their shift.
11. Conforms to company standards, policies and procedures. Adheres to rules and regulations of Ardesia Resort and Spa.
12. Housekeepers must perform other tasks assigned to them from time to time.
