Job Description
Providing cleaning services to guest rooms and common areas, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and making beds
Replenishing amenities such as towels and toiletries
Stocking general housekeeping supplies and reporting any equipment malfunctioning
Moving and arranging furniture and observing precautions to protect self and guest property
Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and guests' needs are met
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Good English Communication Skills
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
Friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation
