ABOUT THE ROLE: HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE/ROOM ATTENDANT
Ensure that all guestrooms are maintained in accordance with the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation possible.  Provides assistance to guests to reach our goal of "Total Guest Satisfaction."    
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE
Attends daily briefing
Cleans rooms assigned according to standard cleaning procedure and highest standard of cleanliness
Performs turn-down-service  (for PM shift )  
Makes morning room check
Performs side duties 
Stocks up Room Attendant's cart 
Prepares minibar consumption for guests and replenishes accordingly
Follow key control procedures and participate in all matters relating to guestroom security.
To be knowledgeable in all hotel facilities and provide information to guests 
Provides assistance to guests     
Reports damage in rooms for repair
Turns over Lost and Found items 
Cleans all equipment at the end of the shift
Participates in emergency procedure activities
Does periodic duties in the guestrooms
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least college level or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
Must possess excellent customer service and good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Keen to details, and has time-management
Preferably male candidates
