Job Description
Responsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness and orderliness in the residence/ hotel.
Cleaning the living areas, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and other relevant areas according to set standards.
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and other duties as necessary.
Making beds and changing linens as needed.
Removing dirt, dust, and debris
Reporting faulty electrical items or equipment to relevant personnel.
Inspecting and stocking supplies in linen closets, bathrooms, or other areas.
Cleaning windows, patio doors, and other areas as necessary.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
Previous housekeeping experience in hotel is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Physically able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items as needed.
Knowledge and ability to use cleaning products and supplies safely.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
