Hotel Sales Account Executive for Hayat Sky Towers
 
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales & Revenue Generation
Acquire new corporate accounts through sales calls, visits, presentations, and networking.
Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
Promote hotel rooms, meeting spaces, events, and F&B offerings to corporate clients.
Negotiate corporate rates and long-term contracts based on company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations for potential partners.
Ensure excellent service and support for corporate clients before, during, and after bookings.
Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and demand patterns.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase market share.
Participate in sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
4. Sales Administration
Prepare sales reports, account updates, and sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate account data, contracts, and communication logs in CRM or hotel systems.
Attend sales meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
5. Events & Partnerships
Represent the hotel in corporate events, expos, trade shows, and networking activities.
Collaborate with associations, travel agencies, and industry partners for business opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments (FO, Reservations, Banquets, F&B) to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
At least 1-3 years experience in hotel sales or corporate sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
