Is available to register, process and greet customers promptly. Checks the daily arrival list. Welcomes customers to the hotel. Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings. Arranges for special services
Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication; updates log book and prepares for next shift. Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests. Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration
Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest's name, address and method of payment.Handles incoming guest room reservations.Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities to guest
Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability. Is fully aware of, and knows how to handle, all current and future hotel promotions. Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines. Maintain confidentiality with all guest information
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum two to three years in the same position in a four to five star hotel. · Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service. · Good command of English Language
Possess a pleasing personality. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
Guest relation oriented. · Possess strong multitasking skills. · Positive, Yes I can personality
Additional Information:
Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city. Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service. Previous experience in a hotel or service industry preferred. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
