Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lobby Dispatcher to coordinate car rental services, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service in our hotel lobby location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage rental reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
2. Coordinate vehicle assignments, pickups, and drop-offs.
3. Provide accurate information on rental policies, rates, and services.
4. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
6. Collaborate with drivers, management, and other departments.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. College Graduate, preferably Tourism/HRM and Business Management
2. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or dispatching.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
6. Familiarity with car rental software and systems is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
2. Experience in the car rental industry.
