YOUR ROLE
To complete the daily processing of all Seafreight shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements. To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate and prepare the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office.
Maintain latest working instructions.
Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree related to logistics is required
Experience in logistics or finance is an advantage
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills
