Job Description
Performing all day-to-day cultivation tasks to the standards set by management (Cloning, pruning, transplanting, watering, cleaning, spraying, etc.)
Conducts daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest
Ensures proper spacing, air circulation and sun/shade exposure is monitored and adjusted in a timely manner to maintain optimum plant health
Uses potting machines to assist in transplanting.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Agriculture or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
