Job Description
Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit.
Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must be willing to take and pass the Competency test of private Nursing Services of Hamad Medical Corporation maximum of 3 attempts
Must possess or be willing to take Dataflow and Prometric reports
