Cloudtrend Inc., based in Canada, specializes in building and managing an exclusive network of IT professionals to better their career opportunities and meet the demand of the market. We provide career management services and opportunities.
We are looking for individual who can fulfill the role of the recruiter. The individual must have excellent English communication skills. The individual will be trained on our end to end recruitment service.
Major responsibilities:
-manage strong client relationship and deliverables
-doing marketing research
-marketing the job opportunity
-receive and track applicants
-pre-qualify applicants
-review resumes/curriculum vitaes
-interview applicants
-document proposals
-meet our target based on goals achievements
-occasionally perform Web Research/Data Entry/Documentation
-train future staff and document training manuals
-strong people skills
-provide customer support
-previous recruitment experience is a desirable asset but not necessary
-must have excellent communication and written skills in English
Other requirements
-need strong internet connection for video conferencing and communication purpose (i.e. Skype)
-need to be available during weekends

-familiar with recruitment in the I.T. field
Monthly bonus compensation is offered at discretion based on achieved targets.
We are looking for someone who is committed long term with the company.

1. What is your current work status? We start new positions on a part time basis. Are you looking for part time/full time?
2. We require work hours typically that works late at night/early morning in Philippines time so you are able to contact candidates in Canada early morning and/or late afternoon. Weekends may also be necessary. What is your time availability?
3. We pay based on hourly salary. We are expecting on average 20 hours work per week. This can be flexible due to workload. What is your salary expectation target per hour in USD?
