HOME-BASED ONLINE LEARNING FACILITATOR
 
Responsibilities
 
Our team of teachers fulfill the following functions:
Provide top-quality English education to Japanese students in accordance with Brighture standards, guidelines and training
Keep track of students’ learning progress and update the management should any concerns arise
Undergo trainings and certifications to maintain an excellent quality of service
Render a minimum number of hours: at least 2 hours per day
Be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
Supply mandated reports on schedule
Be passionate in teaching
Benefits:
Starting rate at Php 100 per booked class
Performance Incentives based on the number of booked classes
Minimum of 2 hours a day
FREE TRAININGS with underlying ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION upon certification
BE ONE OF OUR ONLINE LEARNING FACILITATOR AND EARN AS MUCH AS *PHP
30,000 PLUS A MONTH, and A CHANCE TO BE ABSORBED AS A REGULAR EMPLOYEE COMPLETE WITH GOVERNMENT-MANDATED BENEFITS
Minimum Qualifications
 
The applicant should:
Be a graduate of a 4-year course
Be proficient in English - both written and oral
Be able to speak with an American or Neutral Accent
Have at least 1 year experience in teaching ESL online/offline (preferred)
Technical and Physical Requirements
 
The applicant should:
Have a stable Wired DSL or Broadband connection of at least 5mbps speed
Have a reliable Laptop/Desktop (Intel Core i3 and 4GB RAM)
Have a noise cancelling (preferred) or noise reducing headset
Be in an environment that is conducive to learning
Have a stable back-up connection (either prepaid wifi or mobile data)
