HOME-BASED ESL ONLINE  TEACHER
 
Work hours and Rest day
• 5 hours per day, 1 rest day per week
• Actual rest day depends on the shift
 
Job Qualifications
• Male or Female
• At least Senior High Graduates
• Experience in ESL Teaching is an advantage
• With good command of English, both oral and written
• Has interactive and interpersonal skills for kids and adults
• Computer savvy
• Schedule must be flexible
• Willing to undergo comprehensive training
 
Technical Requirements
• Must have a computer desktop or laptop (Windows 10)
• Must have built-in or external web camera
• Must have a noise-reduction headset with microphone
• Must have a stable internet connection (Wired line connection)
• Internet speed should be 3 Mbps or higher (SIM is not acceptable)
  --- We will test actual speed during interview
• Fiber line with more than 10Mbps is highly recommended
• MUST download Google chrome
• Should have a quiet environment at home conducive for conducting classes
 
Job Responsibilities
• Teach English to Asian students through online setting.
• Provide online English classes to second language Asian learners.
