Job Description:
The DCX Client Services - Home Based Accountant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get the chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following instructions and processes outlined by our client within the restaurant industry.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Responsibilities:
Managing General Accounting Duties
Applying generally accepted accounting principles
Analyzing month end financials, identifying, and correcting errors, discrepancies, omissions, etc.
Completing bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable
Completing month end balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Performing reconciliation of accounts and allocating expenses between multiple locations in the corresponding months
General Ledger work
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Experience: 5 years of accounting experience. Must have experience with a general ledger in an ERP environment (SAP, Sage, NetSuite etc.)
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge using Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is required.
Must have experience with a general ledger in an ERP environment (SAP, Sage, NetSuite etc.)
Holds a CPA licensure.
Must have multi-unit restaurant accounting experience .

Salary Range: Php 50,000- Php 53,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
