Delivers comprehensive information regarding HMO benefits, processes, and requirements.
Proactively address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and concerns
Guarantee accurate and timely processing of HMO claims
Collaborate with HMO representatives to rectify claim
Provide comprehensive patient care coordination for HMO members
Facilitate effective communication among patients, healthcare providers, and HMOs
Provide information and assistance to patients regarding their HMO benefits and coverage
 
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
