Hiring VA for Plumbing and Electrical Estimator-Earn Up to 35K monthly
 
Responsibilities:
Create budgets and cost models for projects.
Use SimPro and AroFlo platforms to generate job orders and quotes.
Discuss estimates with employers, suppliers, and other parties to resolve issues.
Estimate costs for repair or installation projects to avoid surprises.
Assess expenses for expansions, including materials and labor.
Provide estimated costs by calculating resources and labor.
Communicate with clients via phone, meetings, or email.
Review project plans to meet customer expectations and obtain competitive pricing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months of technical experience in plumbing and electrical industries.
Minimum 12 months of experience in plumbing estimating.
Strong knowledge of the trade industry.
Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
Proficient in computer usage.
Familiarity with local codes and ability to find solutions.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
Thorough understanding of the plumbing industry.
