Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months Customer Service Experience
Have good English communication skills
