Job Description
A call center representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Moreover, their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
- Above average communication skills
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
- Candidate must be vaccinated l can present vaccination card
- Candidate must be within 4hrs from CDO mother site
