JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
• maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
Good to excellent communication skills
College graduate (IT related courses)
For HS graduate w/ at least 6 months BPO experience
College undergraduate (minimum 2 years of IT related courses) w/ at least 6 months BPO experience
