Full-Time Position
Work Set-up: Onsite/Work in the Office
Key Responsibilities
Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality.
Handling customers' concerns, queries, and complaints.
Qualifications
SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience.
College Level (SHS Grad) with or without experience.
College Graduate with or without BPO experience.
Completed second-year college - UP (Old curriculum) with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
With good to excellent English communication skills.
Willing to learn and be trained.
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in Cebu Business Park, Cebu.
