₱ 110,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Salary: Php 110,000 and above (can be adjusted based on the experience and if skills are met)
Position Summary:
The Senior Training Manager is in charge of developing training capabilities, content, and methods.Processes, as well as providing management to ensure the timely delivery of new and updated training classes and materials that meet the needs of the target audience.
-Design the training program and supporting services including identifying course
content requirement, appropriate delivery mediums, and personnel to deliver training
-Delivering the training program through instructor led, online, blended and
documentation driven delivery processes.
-Educating stakeholders on training benefits/requirements and availability of that training
-Overseeing the logistics and processes for ongoing training
-Implementing the quality control and continual improvement processes to maintain
training content and delivery mechanisms
-Work collaboratively with business leads to ensure training programs and processes are
aligned and relevant to critical business priorities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate from Manila to Davao
- Has experience managing training managers and trainers
- Must be willing to work on site
- Night shift
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Management
