Qualifications:
- Work on site
- Atleast Senior High School Graduate
- Average to above average communication skills
- Candidates with CCE
Responsibilities:
-Take inbound calls from customers and help them with questions and complaints
-Assist customers with purchases and returns
-Provide customers with status of their orders and escalate any issues encountered
-Log call details and update customer information in the system
