Description
Tech and Internet Savvy. MS Office Certified is a plus.
Must be at least Tech Support Tier 1.5.
Knowledgeable in Outlook.com
Ø Must know how to customize Outlook Profiles.
Ø Knowledge in creating/understanding Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) profiles for users.
Ø Able to configure security and protection options in Outlook.
Ø Knows and understand configuration of Exchange Server send/receive settings.
Familiar if not expert in MS Tech Net site. (This is the Office/Outlook Help Website).
Must have an understanding of different ways to access a Microsoft email account (Outlook.com, Office 365, Outlook 2016 and the like).
Typing skill of at least 35 WPM.
Very good English written proficiency since this is an email account.
1-2 years Contact Center Background minimum, preferable email support experience.
Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals).
Knowledgeable of IE/browser technologies (cookies, cache, IE options).
High level knowledge of email programs (Outlook Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and AOL).
Logical thinker, with average to good problem solving skills.
Must actively use the outlook mobile app and/or manages an active Microsoft email account.
