SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Responsibilities:
Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
Address customer concerns via phone and/or email
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of sales and telemarketing in a BPO setup
Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
Willing to take on leadership and/or extra responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
Experience in handling teams or taking on extra responsibilities
Experience in Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
