Job Description
Responsibilities:
Show the company how to lead with inspiration.
Make crucial judgments about strategy, planning, and policy.
Create, put into effect, and evaluate operational policies and practices.
If necessary, aid HR with recruiting.
Promote an organizational culture that values excellence in performance and strong morale.
control planning, reporting, auditing, and budgeting.

Ensure that all legal and regulatory paperwork is filed, and keep an eye out for any violations.
Plan for both short-term and long-term objectives while collaborating with the board of directors to identify values and mission.
Determine the company's issues and prospects, then deal with them.
Create collaborations and alliances with other businesses.
Support management team contact with employees.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams through difficult circumstances and rapid growth
Ability to identify areas needing improvement and relentlessly pursue process excellence
Impeccable written and oral communications skill
Demonstrated ability to present project updates on key initiatives
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of industry experience. Informal management/ team lead experience
Experience with operational development preferred
Experience working with clients of as vendor/BPO
Startup / rapid growth experience
Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience
