Our Customer Service Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. Minimum Requirements:
At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Good to excellent English communication skills
Basic web navigation skills
With or without Call Center Experience
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
Willing to start immediately
Willing to WORK ON SITE
Candidate must be residing in Cebu
