₱ 18,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
About the Role:
-Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
-Researching required information using available resources.
-Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
-Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
-Processing forms, orders and applications requested by the customers.
-Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
-Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
-Following up complicated customer calls where required.
-Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
-Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
-Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Available to start ASAP
- Fully vaccinated
- Must be willing to work on site
- Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Candidate must be residing within Negros Occidental
- With or without Call Center Experience is accepted
- Not currently enrolled or employed
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills
- Must be willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend and holiday shifts
- Must have Good Communication Skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
