About the role:
- Assist patients in registering for healthcare services and completing the necessary papers.
- Provide information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
- Update the system for any status change of the patient.
- Grant pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Atleast High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Atleast 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Work on site
