As a Customer Service Representative in Telecommunications, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers who need assistance with their telecommunications services. You will be the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email or chat and provide accurate information about telecommunications services and products
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to telecommunications services, including technical issues, billing inquiries, and other concerns
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Keep up to date with the latest products, services, and industry developments
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
