As a Customer Service Representative in a high priority banking account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients with high net worth. You will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding their banking needs and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience with the bank is positive and meets their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high priority banking clients, providing excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information related to their banking needs, account balances, transactions, and other related information.
Assist clients with account management tasks, including account opening, closing, and updating client information.
Handle and resolve client complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns and provide personalized banking solutions.
Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure that clients receive a seamless and consistent experience across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and banking regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
