Operations managers are in charge of all levels of an organization's operational activities. They are responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing quality control initiatives. A process improvement strategy is developed by an operations manager to guarantee that everyone completes their job on time.
Qualifications
- 6yrs and up exp as an Operation Manager
- Must have BPO experience
- Exp in handling a team minimum of 20 FTEs
- Skilled in managing real time agent monitoring and working in fast pace environment
- Exp in managing staff adherence to policy
- Exp in developing and providing detailed reporting on staff activity including areas improvement
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Performs supervisory functions that include mentoring and motivating the agents as well as addresses any attendance or scheduling challenges
- Prepares and delivers informal counselling on job performance, behavior and quality issues
