Job description:
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
• HS or SHS Graduate with at least 1 year voice international experience
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months voice international experience
• Excellent communication skills (Comprehension, Grammar, & Pronunciation)
• Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
• Has Background with NPS & CSAT
HMO on Day 1 plus 1 Free Dependent upon Regularization
15% Night Differential Fee
