Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
WITH 6 MONTHS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

18 years of age and above ·
At least High School graduate or Senior High School graduate.
College graduate, with or without BPO experience
Good to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
