Work Set-up: Onsite/Work in the Office
Key Responsibilities
Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality.
Handling customers' concerns, queries, and complaints.
Qualifications
Completed second-year college no back subjects with at least 6 month experience as TL or SME under travel or airline account.
With good to excellent English communication skills.
Willing to learn and be trained.
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in Cebu Business Park, Cebu.
