₱ 14,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
About the Role:
-Professionally answering consumer calls and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
-Using available resources to do necessary research.
-Handling and resolving client complaints about everything from product sales to customer service issues.
-Providing customers with information about the organization's services and products.
-Processing forms, orders, and applications that clients have requested.
-Identifying, elevating, and reporting priority issues to upper management.
Inbound calls are routed to the right resources.
-Following up on complex client calls as needed.
-Collecting and analyzing all pertinent data in order to manage complaints and queries.
-Noting specifics about comments, queries, complaints, and measures taken.
-Administration management, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
Other responsibilities may be allocated.
Position Requirements:
- Available to start ASAP
- Fully vaccinated
- Must be willing to work on site
- Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Candidate must be residing within Negros Occidental
- With or without Call Center Experience is accepted
- Not currently enrolled or employed
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills
- Must be willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend and holiday shifts
- Must have Good Communication Skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
