Responsibilities
- Greeting clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Responding to phone and email questions as soon as possible.
- If you are unable to answer a question, refer it to your line manager.
- Providing information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
Qualifications
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Willing to work onsite
- Average to excellent English communication skills
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Health, Customer Support
